Our experts have been helping sports organizations for over twenty five years. Mill Road was formed in 2016 to bring a group of motivated experienced sports professionals with a demonstrated history of developing and creating elite performance and sustainable grassroots environments. Skilled in coaches, recruitment, solution implementation, strategic planning and excelling at resource allocation. A dynamic and charismatic group who know the value of integrity, trust and accountability.

Expanding Our Reach

Created the third largest soccer league in the United States from an initial concept with a collection of board members, paid staff, valued partners, sponsors and a cadre of volunteers.

Award-Winning Consulting Services

Working with the Bermuda Football Federation on long-term planning in an effort to enable their organization and players to reach their true potential.

2016

International Olympic Commitee

Created and presented a new NGB Sport Club Leadership Program Creating and implemented an elite performance holistic training environment for the Bahamas Olympic Committee Judo Federation. The first of its kind on the island in preparation for the World Judo Games.

Strategic Partnerships

Moving Elk Grove Soccer from a 126 part-time volunteer board, 11 different clubs, to a fully functioning professional organization with over 100 paid staff, 20,000 members, and updated policies and guidelines. Carefully leading all stakeholders including government, the Club Board, the Executive Committee, members and valued partners through change and adjustments achieved this.

Fundraising & Development

Developing a comprehensive sponsorship and fundraising a program for the Taekwondo Malaysian Olympic Federation to raise $1.5m.
